[RESOLVED] Mail Delay

We are currently aware of an issue effecting Inbound and Outbound Email. There will be a delay in receiving and sending mail. This issue is currently under investigation.

We will update this post as we know more. You may also wish to follow our service status updates on Twitter.

The fault has been found and resolved. The system will now be sending and recieving Emails as normal.

Mail Client Access

We're currently experiencing issues with one of our network switches which is causing intermittent access issues when connecting to the service via an email client. Webmail access is currently unaffected and will allow access to your email as normal whilst we resolve the issue.
